- Reducing breathlessness and symptoms associated with asthma, rhinitis, respiratory conditions, colds, flu, and post-COVID issues.
- Helping individuals run without triggering exercise-induced asthma (often mistaken for low fitness levels).
- Simulating high-altitude training and utilising its health and performance benefits.

- Managing stress, panic attacks, and anxiety. Individuals can reduce the frequency and intensity of panic attacks, rebalance stress levels, and significantly lower anxiety.

- Designing exercise programs suitable for all fitness levels and tailored to each stage of the climacteric phase.

- Focusing on mobility, balance, flexibility, posture, strength training, functional movement, resistance training, cardio, plyometric exercises, HIIT, SIT and stretching.
- Creating programs suitable for individuals post-physiotherapy or individuals with particular clinical conditions. (e.g.cardiac, pregnancy, cancer, arthritis, diabetes or pulmonary rehabilitation patients)
- Healthy and fitness lifestyle counseling with realistic strategies for everyday life and existing commitments. Accurate measure of full body composition. (optional)

- Providing guidance on healthy, nutritious, and balanced meals, supported by my Fit2Shine recipe book with great tips & tricks in the kitchen.

Personal training costs depend on the number of sessions per week and whether you’re training individually or sharing sessions with others (maximum of 3 people per group).
I offer a free 1-hour one-on-one consultation, which includes a full health and fitness assessment.
Based on this meeting, I’ll create a personalised plan and review it with you, ensuring you understand it fully and feel confident moving forward.
