Outdoor Workouts

Keep things fresh, get that extra oxygen burst inside you, build up better immunity and clear your head with this fun, dynamic bodyweight workout! You’ll find us out there, whatever the weather!

online Zoom classes

Join our online classes from the comfort of your home, or anywhere you can bring your phone or tablet. Missed a class? Don’t worry! Recordings of select classes are available each week in our private video hub. All you need is a Zoom app and a valid membership with us.

In-Studio Classes

From shaking your booty and sweating to all-time favourites, to kicking and punching the stress away, we have got you covered. Our studio classes are fun and suitable for every level. At the moment, we offer Retro Aerobics and Box & Tone classes for women. It’s a great place to begin, if you need to kick start your fitness routine. Drop-ins available!
